Brisa brings 10 years and over 3,000 hours of teaching experience into her offerings. Brisa is certified in Forrest Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Early Postnatal Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. She is deeply invested in her students, and has been inspiring people to connect with their own authentic selves through a powerful and compassionate teaching style. Brisa's classes are known to be breath focused, challenging, invigorating, energy-shifting, and safe for all levels. Her powerful presence, down-to-earth approach, commitment to realness, and calm natural state creates a loving, healing, and nurturing space for her students to connect with their own bodies and spirit in a deeper level.
