Privates and semi-private are fully customized in order to meet each student's fitness and wellness goals. Classes are designed to emphasize strength, muscle tone, weight loss, cardiovascular health, or assist in recovery of an injury, surgery, or childbirth. Individual attention will ensure that each student will receive full benefit from each class, and that poses are performed in the most effective and safe manner as possible. Private sessions are also a great motivational tool for working towards personal fitness goals.

90 min private session ~ sliding scale from $120-$150 (for virtual & in-person)

5 class package 30 min each ~ $250 (includes 2 recordings of your personalized sessions)

5 class package ~ 10% discount + includes 2 recordings of your personalized sessions 

Special Event Class (75-90min in person) ~ $300 (ie retreats, weddings, birthdays)
