Brisa brings 10 years and over 3,000 hours of teaching experience into her classes. Brisa is a certified Forrest Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Early Postnatal Yoga, and Bikram Yoga teacher. She is also a Barre3 certified instructor.
Brisa refers to her group classes as "Yoga Togetherness". Her classes are known to be breath-focused and invigorating, while an energy-shifting and heartfelt practice. Her blend of compassionate teaching style, down-to-earth approach, and commitment to realness, creates an accepting and nurturing space for her students to authentically connect with their own bodies and spirit in a deeper level.
Brisa is deeply invested in her students and she understands that each student is a unique human being. Brisa enhances each student's practice by providing alternative poses during her classes. This allows her students to connect to their own physical and emotional needs.
