I'm a mama of girls and a doggie, world traveler, lover of people, lifelong student, community builder, and creator of Rebel Yoga Retreats.
I feel most alive when I'm having fun with wonderful humans, moving my body, exploring nature, and finding adventure along the way.
I've spent much of my life following my love of people, new landscapes, and the experiences that change us.
I've found my teachers everywhere: in nature, travel, adventure, and motherhood. In yoga and spiritual practices. In friendship and community. In profound love and loss.
They've taught me to trust my intuition, stay curious, choose joy, and question what I've inherited. To believe that belonging begins within but reaches far beyond ourselves. And that if we want a more loving, just, and beautiful world, we have to participate in creating it.
Most importantly, they've taught me about our shared humanity. That beneath all the ways we are different, there is something that connects us to one another. Love. And the more deeply we understand that connection, the more capable we become of meeting ourselves and one another with acceptance, compassion, and an open heart.
My life is a practice of learning, unlearning, and becoming. And I'm still very much in it.

A life shaped by adventure, love, loss, belonging, and the practice of always becoming.

Come together. Travel. Practice. Adventure. Belong.

Radical optimism asks us to take action toward a future filled with possibility. Here, we gather and practice with a purpose beyond ourselves.

Intentional small-group summer camps. Rites of passage circles for girls. Rebel retreats for families.
